A Healing Gift for Women Reclaiming Their Light

Sometimes healing requires practical support. Sometimes it begins with one gentle reminder:

You are worthy. You are seen. You are not alone.

Compassion Kits for She are thoughtfully created care packages for adult women healing from trauma, domestic abuse, violence, crisis, or another deeply difficult life experience.

Each kit offers comforting and soul-nourishing tools that encourage reflection, grounding, creativity, and hope. These kits are not emergency hygiene or relocation packages. They are personal gifts of compassion for women who are rebuilding, rediscovering themselves, and learning to trust their own light again.

For this special round, kits will be mailed directly to women within the Angel Messenger community.

A limited number of donation-supported kits will be available.

This page allows you to request a complimentary kit, purchase a kit for yourself, or donate toward kits for other women.

Request a Donation-Supported Kit — $0

A limited number of complimentary kits are available for adult women healing from trauma, domestic abuse, violence, crisis, or another deeply difficult life experience.

You will never be asked to prove what you have experienced or provide documentation. Please share only what feels safe and comfortable.

Requests are fulfilled as funding and supplies allow. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a kit will be available immediately.

Purchase a Kit for Yourself or Someone Else — $22

If you would like to receive a kit or send one to someone else, without using the limited donation-supported supply, you may purchase one for $22, including U.S. shipping.

Your purchase covers the contents, packaging, and mailing of your kit while helping this compassion project remain sustainable.

Donate Toward Kits for Others — Give Any Amount

Your donation helps Angel Messenger create and mail complimentary kits to women who may not otherwise be able to purchase one.

Every amount helps. Donations may support kit contents, packaging, postage, or future Compassion Kits for She rounds.

What Is Included?

Each Compassion Kit for She currently includes:

• A plain journal for reflection, writing, or simply holding private thoughts
• A pen featuring a positive message
• A handmade Compassion Heart to hold during moments when comfort or grounding is needed
• A blessing card from Angel Messenger
• Positivity stickers
• A mini coloring book for a quiet creative break
• A Digital Gifts card with a QR code providing access to:

The journal and pen offer a private place for reflection. The Compassion Heart provides something tangible to hold. The blessing and stickers offer gentle encouragement. The digital resources provide additional support without adding unnecessary weight or expense to the package.

Colors, journal styles, pens, stickers, and handmade Compassion Hearts may vary according to availability. Every kit will be assembled with the same intention of dignity, compassion, and care.

About the Digital Gifts

Gently Reclaiming Your Light is a gentle, inclusive healing companion created for anyone recovering from trauma, harm, loss, or a deeply difficult season.

It includes:

• Simple grounding practices
• Reassurance about common trauma responses and PTSD
• Support for releasing self-blame
• Encouragement for establishing boundaries
• Journal prompts
• Small ways to begin reclaiming personal choice
• An optional spiritual reflection
• Information about seeking additional support

The Wildflower Way Coloring Book offers a creative space to rest, breathe, and reconnect with hope.

Both resources are provided as digital downloads. A smartphone, tablet, or computer and internet access are required. The coloring book will need to be printed if you wish to color the pages by hand.

Who May Request a Kit?

Donation-supported Compassion Kits for She are intended for adult women who are healing from:

• Domestic abuse or relationship violence
• Emotional, physical, or sexual harm
• A traumatic or unsafe life experience
• A period of crisis or major transition
• Another deeply difficult experience that has affected their sense of safety, dignity, or self-worth

This is an honor-based compassion project. You will not be asked to submit documentation or prove what happened to you.

Please request a complimentary kit only if receiving one would be meaningful and purchasing one would create a financial hardship. Choosing the purchase option when you are able helps preserve donated kits for women who need them most.

At this time, kits can be mailed only within the United States.

Requesting a Kit for Someone Else

You may request or purchase a kit for another adult woman, but she must know about and consent to receiving it.

Please do not send a surprise package to someone who may be living in an unsafe or closely monitored situation.

Before providing her address, confirm that:

• She would like to receive the package.
• It is safe for mail from Angel Messenger to arrive.
• The mailing address is current and secure.
• She understands what the kit contains.

Packages will be mailed discreetly. Nothing on the outside will refer to domestic violence, abuse, trauma, or crisis.

Important Mailing and Privacy Information

Your safety and privacy matter.

Please provide only an address where it is safe for you to receive mail. This may be your home, a trusted person’s home, a post office box, or another secure mailing address available to you.

Internet activity, downloads, emails, order confirmations, text messages, and browsing history may be visible to someone with access to your phone or computer. Please use this page and the included digital resources only in a way that feels safe for your circumstances.

Information submitted with your order will be used to review and fulfill your request. Please share only what you feel comfortable sharing.

Donor Thank-You Gifts

As a special expression of gratitude, qualifying donors may receive a handmade gift from Rev. Sheri:

• Donations of $50–$99 may receive a handmade Compassion Heart.
• Donations of $100 or more may receive a handmade Wildflower Dove.

Thank-you gifts apply to donation orders rather than complimentary requests or regular kit purchases. Designs and colors vary because every piece is handmade.

Donor gifts can currently be mailed only within the United States.

There is never an expectation to receive a gift. Donors are always welcome to decline so that more of their contribution remains available for the project.

A New Direct-Mail Round

Compassion Kits for She were originally distributed through nonprofit and community partnerships supporting women rebuilding after trauma and crisis.

Our most recent completed round was delivered to the Women’s Center of Greater Lansing in Lansing, Michigan. Those larger kits included personal-care necessities, comfort items, and grounding tools for women supported through the Center’s programs.

This new round is different.

Rather than preparing emergency-style backpacks for distribution through an organization, Angel Messenger will mail smaller healing and encouragement kits directly to women within our own community.

The delivery method has changed, but the heart of the project remains the same:

To remind someone who has endured a deeply difficult experience that they are still worthy of dignity, gentleness, compassion, and hope.

Compassion Kits for She offer compassionate encouragement and personal comfort. They are not a replacement for:

• Emergency assistance
• Domestic-violence advocacy
• Professional counseling
• Medical or mental-health care
• Legal assistance
• Crisis intervention
• Housing or relocation services
