Over the course of 30 days, you will receive:

• Four structured written spiritual direction responses (one per week)
• Weekly guided reflection prompts
• Personalized discernment rooted in your submitted reflections

• You will receive guided prompts and immersive guidance at the beginning of each week (Monday).
• You will submit one written reflection each week (by Thursday).
• Rev. Sheri will respond within 24–72 business hours with a structured written spiritual direction response.
• You may also send up to three additional reflection/support emails per week during the immersive process.
• Responses to additional emails are typically provided within 24–72 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
• This rhythm continues gently over the course of four weeks.

This experience is intentionally spacious.

Rather than rapid-fire communication, The Immersive honors reflection, emotional integration, thoughtful pacing, and gentle unfolding.

Each week is intentionally structured to feel thoughtful, manageable, and reflective rather than overwhelming or rushed.

You are not expected to process everything perfectly or arrive with complete clarity. This immersive is designed to support honest reflection and steady discernment over time.

There are no live calls and no daily messaging.

Email responses are offered during regular business hours and within the response windows outlined above.
